Day of the Dead Sugar Skulls Tuesday, October 25, 6 PM Come decorate sugar skulls, a traditional Mexican decoration for the holiday Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Learn about Día de los Muertos and the importance and cultural context of sugar skulls and design your own to take home! BYOW Glitter Nutcrackers Friday, November 18, 7 PM VFW Grafton Lotus Flower Lanterns Tuesday, November 29, 6 PM Join Chloe Gwon of the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project for an evening of crafting and education! First, make a beautiful lotus flower paper lantern, perfect for brightening up any room in your home. Then, watch a short documentary on Korean culture to put your new lantern in cultural context. It's the most wonderful time of the year: wine and glitter time! Bring your friends, some snacks, and the beverage of your choice to the VFW of Grafton for some fun holiday painting.
