Karen will combine the movements and postures of yoga with active daily living practices to create a wholistic movement experience. She will begin and end the session with mindfulness and guided breathing practices. Participants will leave feeling present and relaxed and with an increase in mobility. Safe Driving for Teens Tuesday, April 25, 6 PM Holly Salata from AAA will be here to review safe driving habits for teens and will have interactive safe driving activities for the teens to try. Each teen will take the don't text and drive pledge. This program is great for teens and their parents to attend together.
